Join our great team and delight our guests and colleagues as a chef (m/f/d) at our Götschenalm G**** restaurant and the guests staying at the inn. You have completed vocational training as a chef and have several years of professional experience in this role. We are located in the Götschen hiking and skiing area in the Berchtesgaden region.

Here's what you'll be doing with us:
The Alpen-Gasthof Götschenalm G*** is a rustic restaurant. Here, we serve great food, focusing on a blend of Bavarian and Austrian cuisine.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals

• You'll develop creative ideas for our menus and half-board options

• You are responsible for ordering merchandise as well as for product and merchandise inspection

• You ensure compliance with and verification of the HACCP guidelines

• You have completed vocational training as a chef and have several years of professional experience in this position

• You are passionate about modern, innovative cuisine and high-quality ingredients, enjoy working with fresh products, and like to develop creative ideas and concepts
