Service Staff Member (m/f/d)
Join our great team and delight our guests and colleagues as a Service Staff Member (m/f/d) at our Götschenalm Alpine Guesthouse, 4-star restaurant, and for our guesthouse visitors. Completed vocational training as a service staff member is not required, but previous experience in this position would be an advantage. We are located in the Götschen hiking and skiing area in the Berchtesgadener Land region.
Your responsibilities:
You ensure smooth operations in the restaurant and can be deployed flexibly for breakfast service, lunch service, and evening service.
You enjoy engaging with our guests and serving food and drinks.
You complete our service team.
Preparing the daily mise en place.
Managing your own cash register.
Supporting and carrying out all service procedures with team spirit and initiative.
Who you are / What you bring:
- You enjoy interacting with people, serving guests, and responding to their needs and requests.
- You are a career changer with relevant work experience, or ideally have completed vocational training in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- You are warm, friendly, and a team player.
- You have good written and spoken German skills and, ideally, also speak English.
- You have a well-groomed, professional appearance and remain calm and composed even in stressful situations.
- You are willing to work weekends and public holidays.
- You enjoy being a host.
