Completed vocational training as a room attendant is not required, but previous experience in this role would be an advantage. We are located in the Götschen hiking and skiing area in the Berchtesgadener Land region.

Your responsibilities:

Carrying out housekeeping and room cleaning duties.
Maintaining the guesthouse and room furnishings, as well as all sanitary facilities.
Managing the guesthouse laundry.
Familiarisation with the building’s technical systems.
Handling cleaning equipment.
Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene.
Supporting and carrying out all housekeeping procedures with team spirit and initiative.

You enjoy interacting with people, assisting guests, and responding to their needs and requests.
You are a career changer with relevant work experience, or ideally have completed vocational training in the hotel or hospitality industry.
You are warm, friendly, and a team player.
You have good written and spoken German skills and, ideally, also speak English.
You have a well-groomed, professional appearance and remain calm and composed even in stressful situations.
You are willing to work weekends and public holidays.
You enjoy creating a welcoming experience for guests.
